Camshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
Removal / Installation1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove in the order shown in the figure below.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to Installation Note.

Installation Note
1. Check ignition timing after the camshaft position sensor is installed.
2. Tighten camshaft position sensor fastener to specifications after ignition timing adjustment is completed.
Fastener Torque: 19-25 Nm (14-18 ft.lb.)
