Ignition Coil: Service and Repair
IGNITION COILRemoval/Installation 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
LH: Remove the charge air cooler.
RH: Remove the
solenoid bracket assembly.
3.
Disconnect the
ignition coil 4-pin connector.
4.
Remove the
ignition coil(s).
5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
6.
Tighten coil fasteners to specifications.
Torque: 4.6-6.4 Nm (40-57 in.lb.)
