Idle Air Control Resistance Testing
INSPECTION -
Verify that the ignition switch is OFF.

Disconnect the
idle air control valve connector.

Measure the resistance of the
idle air control valve by using an ohmmeter.
Specification: 7.7 - 9.3 ohms @ 23°C (73°F) -
If not as specified, replace the BAC valve.
