Torque Converter: Service and Repair
WASH INSIDE OF CONVERTER 1.
Drain any
ATF remaining in the converter.
2.
Pour in
ATF approximately 0.5 liters (0.5 quarts).
3.
Shake the converter to clean the inside. Pour out the
ATF.
4.
Pour in
ATF again.
5.
Shake the converter to clean the inside. Pour out the
ATF.
