Timing Belt: Testing and Inspection
CAUTION: Never forcefully, twist, turn inside out, or bend the
timing belt. Be careful not to allow oil or grease on the belt.
1.
Replace the
timing belt if there is any grease on it.
2.
Check the
timing belt for damage, wear, peeling, cracks, and hardening. Replace if necessary.
