Acceleration/Deceleration Sensor: Testing and Inspection

Turn the
ignition switch to ON, then measure the voltage between the output terminal (b) and ground terminal (a) of the G sensor connector.
a.
Level condition.

Voltage
2.4-2.6 V.
b.
G sensor vertical (arrow up).

Voltage
1.3-1.7 V.
c.
G sensor vertical (arrow down).

Voltage
3.3-3.7 V.
2.
If not as specified, replace the G sensor.
