Receiver Dryer: Service and Repair

1. Discharge the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove cooler pipe No.1 and disconnect cooler pipe No.2.

CAUTION: If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration system, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration system parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the system.

3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal indicated in the table.

NOTE: When installing a new receiver/drier, add ND-OIL8 compressor oil into the refrigeration system.

Supplemental amount: 10 ml (10 cc, 0.3 fl.oz.)

5. Charge the system and test its performance.
