Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair
1. Discharge the refrigerant from the system.2. Remove the splash shield and air guider.
3. Remove the receiver/drier.
4. Disconnect the flexible hose (HI).
CAUTION: If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the cycle.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
7. Reconnect the flexible hose (HI).
8. Install the receiver/drier.
9. Install the splash shield and air guider.
10. Charge the system and test its performance.
Installation Note
- When installing a new condenser, add ND-OlL9 compressor oil into the refrigeration cycle.
