Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair




1. Discharge the refrigerant from the system.
2. Remove the upper seal board and radiator grille.
3. Remove the undercoven

CAUTION
- If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fitting after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the cycle.

4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
6. Install the undercover.
7. Install the upper seal board and radiator grille.
8. Charge the system and test its performance.

Condenser Installation Note
- When installing a new condenser, add SP10 compressor oil through the high-pressure side of the A/C compressor.
