Disassembly/Assembly

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.
2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
3. Raise and lower the window at least 10 times and verify that it is operating normally and not making any abnormal noises.




Cover Disassembly Note
1. Spread the hooks apart with a flathead screwdriver and disassemble the cover.




Power Window Motor Disassembly Note
1. Disassemble the three hooks in the drum at the same time with a narrow (less than 2 dia) stick and raise the drum.

Note: A dummy cover is attached to the frame and the power window motor to prevent the cable from coming off during shipping.

2. Attach the dummy cover to the drum and disassemble the power window motor from the frame.

^ Assemble the power window motor with the dummy cover attached to the drum and replace it with the proper cover.
