CLEARANCE INSPECTION





1. Inspect for clearance between the wheel-speed sensor and the sensor rotor.
- If not as specified, correct installation condition or replace the ABS wheel-speed sensor.

RESISTANCE INSPECTION
1. Disconnect the ABS wheel-speed sensor connector.
2. Inspect for resistance at the ABS wheel-speed sensor.
- If not as specified, replace the ABS wheel-speed sensor.

Resistance: 1.28-1.92 k ohms

VOLTAGE INSPECTION
1. On level ground, jack up the vehicle and support it evenly on safety stands.
2. Disconnect the ABS wheel-speed sensor connector.
2. Inspect each wheel by rotating it at one revolution per second.
- If not as specified, replace the ABS wheel-speed sensor.

Voltage: 0.23 V min. (AC)

VOLTAGE PATTERN INSPECTION
1. On level ground, jack up the vehicle and support it evenly on safety stands.
2. Disconnect the ABS wheel-speed sensor connector and connect an oscilloscope to the sensor connector.





3. Inspect for voltage pattern by rotating it at one revolution per second.
