CRUISE ACTUATOR INSPECTION 1.
Disconnect the cruise actuator connector.
KJ (2.3L):

Measure the resistance between the cruise actuator terminals.
KJ (2.3L):

Connect the battery positive voltage and verify the operation of the actuator cable as indicated below.

If not as specified, replace the cruise actuator.
