Cylinder Head Sequences Removal
Installation
(First Pass) Tighten To 23.1-25.9 Newton Meter (Nm)
(Second Pass) Retighten 85-95 Degrees
(Third Pass) Retighten Again 85-95 Degrees
Front Camshaft Bearing Caps Sequence Removal
Bolt No.5 in the figure fits only the right cylinder head.
Camshaft Bearing Caps Sequence Removal
Remove the thrust caps only after removing all camshaft caps. Otherwise, the thrust caps can be damaged. The front camshaft bearing caps must be removed first, otherwise damage to the camshaft will occur.
Installation
Install the thrust caps (5 mark on RH, B mark on LH) first. Otherwise, camshaft can be broken or damaged.

Camshaft Bearing Caps (All) (First Pass) Tighten To 11.3-14.2 Newton Meter (Nm)
(Second Pass) Retighten To 11.3-14.2 Newton Meter (Nm)
Camshaft Pulley Tighten To 123-132 Newton Meter (Nm)
Cylinder Head Bolt Length Standard 131.2 - 131.8 mm
Maximum 132.5 mm
