Parking Brake System: Testing and Inspection
PARKING BRAKE INSPECTION 1.
Pull the
parking brake lever a few times.
2.
Depress the brake pedal a few times.
3.
Inspect the parking brake stroke by pulling the
parking brake lever with a force of
98 N (10 kgf, 22 lbs.). ^
If not within the specification, adjust the stroke.
