Engine Stand Dismounting

DISMOUNTING
Procedure
1. Remove the engine from the Special Service Tool (SST) (engine stand).
2. Remove the SST from the engine in the reverse order of installation.

3. Install the new gasket and the warm up three way catalytic converter (RH). Tighten the new nuts and bolts in the order shown.

Tightening torque:
16 - 22 Nm (12 - 16 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the EGR pipe.

Tightening torque:
(A) 44 - 58 Nm (32 - 43 ft. lbs.)
(B) 32 - 47 Nm (24 - 34 ft. lbs.)

5. Install the heated oxygen sensor (Front RH).

Tightening torque:
30 - 49 Nm (22 - 36 ft. lbs.)
