Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Evacuate the
refrigerant from the system.
3.
Disconnect the cooler pipe No.3 from the
expansion valve.
4.
Remove the glove compartment.
5.
Slide the
air duct toward (A) and push it down toward (B) to remove it.
6.
Remove the PCM.
7.
Remove in the order indicated in the table.
8.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
