Shift Cable: Adjustments
SELECTOR CABLE ADJUSTMENT 1.
Remove the column cover.
2.
Shift the selector lever to P position.
3.
Loosen nut A shown in the figure.
4.
Pull the selector lever to the R position side gate of P position, and tighten nut A.
Tightening torque
16 - 22 Nm (1.6 - 2.3 kgf.m, 12 - 16 ft. lbs.) 5.
Verify that the selector lever bolt end is exposed from the nut.
6.
Install the column cover.
