Parking Brake Control: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation 1.
Remove the floor console.
2.
Release the
parking brake control.
3.
Disconnect the parking
brake warning indicator switch electrical connector.
4.
Remove the marking brake adjusting nut.
5.
Remove the
parking brake control.
(1)
Remove the bolts.
(2)
Remove the
parking brake cable.
6.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
(1)
Adjust the
parking brake cable.
