Blower Unit

BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the dashboard.
3. Remove the cooling unit.

4. Remove in the order as indicated below.




1. Air intake actuator connector
2. Blower motor connector
3. Blower unit

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

1. Disassemble in the order as indicated below.




1. Air intake actuator
2. Blower motor
3. Blower case (bottom)
4. Air intake crank
5. Blower case (top)

2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
