Shift Cable: Adjustments
1.
Remove the column cover.
2.
Shift the selector lever to P position.
3.
Loosen nut A shown in the figure.
4.
Pull the selector lever to the R position side gate of P position, and tighten nut A.
Tightening torque:
16 - 22 Nm {1.6 - 2.3 kgf-cm, 12 - 16 ft. lbs.} 5.
Verify that the selector lever bolt end is exposed from the nut.
6.
Install the column cover.
