POWER STEERING HOSE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
Removal
1. See POWER STEERING STRUCTURAL VIEW (4X4), POWER STEERING STRUCTURAL VIEW (4X4), for hose routing and retention points.

Installation





1. When connecting a fitting with a seal ring, the ring must be replaced.
1. Use Seal Replacer Set 211-D027 (D90P-3517-A) or equivalent to install the return line connector seal and the pressure line connector seal.
Tightening torque 48 Nm (4.9 kgf-cm, 35 ft. lbs.)
2. Fill and leak check the system.
