Crankshaft Pulley torque and sequence

Using the special tools to hold the crankshaft pulley in place, tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt in two stages.
Stage 1: Tighten to 100 Nm (10.2 kgf-cm, 74 lbs.)
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.

Crankshaft End-Play

Maximum Crankshaft End-play 0.22 - 0.43 mm (0.008 - 0.016 inches)
