Back Window Glass: Service and Repair

WINDOW GLASS, REAR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

NOTE: This procedure is for both stationary and sliding glass windows

1. Remove the lower back trim.
2. Remove the headliner.




3. Remove the 12 nuts.
4. Remove the rear window glass.
5. Install the rear window glass (1).
6. Tighten the 12 nuts (2).

Tightening torque: 2 N.m {20 kgf.cm, 18 in.lbf}

7. Clean the area around the rear window glass.
- Test the rear window glass for water teaks.

8. Install the headliner.
9. Install the lower back trim.
