System Specifications

Cylinder Head torque and sequence





Install the bolts.
Tighten the bolts in four steps in the sequence shown.
Stage 1: Tighten to 80 Nm (8.2 kgf-cm, 59 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 Loosen the bolts one full turn
Stage 3: Tighten to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
Stage 4: Tighten to 92 Nm (68 ft. lbs.)

Exhaust manifold RH torque and sequence





Install the bolts and the nuts. Tighten the sequence shown in two steps:

Install the bolts and the nuts.
Tighten the nuts and the bolts in sequence in two steps:
Tightening torque 10 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 8 ft. lbs.)
Tightening torque 20-25 Nm (1.5-1.8 kgf-m, 15-18 ft. lbs.)
