Fog/Driving Lamp: Adjustments
FRONT FOG LIGHT ADJUSTMENTFront fog light (Standard)
1. Adjust the tire air pressure to the specification.
2. Position the unloaded vehicle on a flat, level surface.
3. Seat one person in the driver's seat.
4. Position the vehicle 3 m {10 ft} in front of a white screen.
5. Remove the bolts, then pull back the mudguard.
6. While adjusting one fog light, mask the other.
7. Start the engine to charge the battery.
8. Turn the front fog light on.
9. Loosen the adjusting bolt.
Standard:
10. Adjust the brightness border line by turning the adjusting bolt as shown in the figure. Loosen the adjusting bolt first, then tighten it.
NOTE: If the adjusting bolt is tightened first, then loosened, it will continue to loosen when the vehicle is in motion and may cause the front fog lights to become misaligned.
Front fog light (Sports)
1. Adjust the tire air pressure to the specification.
2. Position the unloaded vehicle on a flat, level surface.
3. Seat one person in the driver's seat.
4. Position the vehicle 3 m {10 ft} in front of a white screen.
5. Remove the bolts, then pull back the mudguard.
6. While adjusting one fog light, mask the other.
7. Start the engine to charge the battery.
8. Turn the front fog light on.
9. Loosen the adjusting bolt.
Sports:
10. Adjust the adjusting bolt in the direction shown by the arrow to adjust the brightness border.
11. Tighten the adjusting bolt.
