Removal/Installation

BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the following parts:
1. Ashtray
2. Console
3. Glove compartment
4. Side panel
5. Lower panel
6. Column cover
7. Steering shaft installation nuts (See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION.)
8. A-pillar trim
9. Dashboard

3. Remove the A/C unit from the dashboard.

4. Remove the blower unit as shown in the figure.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
