Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the A/C system is activated when the function selector switch is in the NORMAL A/C, MAX A/C, FLOOR/VENT, MIX, or DEFROST modes. The PCM controls the cycling of the A/C compressor clutch.

Possible Causes
- circuit (B) open
- circuit (DG/O) open or short to ground
- circuit (W/V) open
- circuit (GY/W) open
- circuit (P/Y) open
- circuit (B/Y) open or short to power
- circuit (V) open or short to ground
- circuit (B/O) open
- circuit (P/LB) open
- A/C cycling switch
- dual pressure switch
- A/C clutch solenoid
- A/C compressor clutch
- A/C clutch relay
- PCM
- function selector switch
