PINPOINT TEST 1: THE FOG LAMPS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
When the parking lamps are on, the smart junction box (SJB) provides voltage to the fog lamp relay coil through circuit (O/LG). The fog lamp relay coil ground is sent to the fog lamp switch through circuit (LB/B). When the fog lamp switch is engaged, the ground is completed through circuit (B). Voltage is supplied from the battery junction box (BJB) to the fog lamp relay through circuit (LG/Y). When the fog lamp relay is energized, voltage is routed to the fog lamps through circuit (T/O).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit (LG/Y) open
- Circuit (B) open
- Circuit (O/LG) open or short to ground
- Circuit (LB/B) open
- Circuit (T/O) open
- Fog lamp relay
- Fog lamp switch
- SJB
