Fluid Line/Hose: Service and Repair
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION COOLER TUBES REMOVAL / INSTALLATIONRemoval Note
1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
2. Disconnect the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube from the radiator.
3. Disconnect the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube from the transmission.
4. Remove the transmission fluid cooler line clip, the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube from the engine.
Installation Note
1. Position the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube. Install the transmission fluid cooler line clip on the engine.
2. Connect the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube to the transmission.
Tightening torque 44 - 58 Nm (4.5 - 5.9 kgf-m, 32 - 43 ft. lbs.)
3. Connect the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube to the radiator.
Tightening torque 44 - 58 Nm (4.5 - 5.9 kgf-m, 32 - 43 ft. lbs. ).
