Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service and Repair
POSITIVE CRANKCASE VENTILATION (PCV) SYSTEMRemoval and Installation 1.
Remove the PCV valve.
1.
Disconnect the
positive crankcase ventilation (
PCV) tube.
2.
Disconnect the PCV valve electrical connector.
NOTE: Rotate the PCV valve counterclockwise to remove from the valve cover.
3.
Remove the PCV valve.
2.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
