DESCRIPTION





A seat heater consists of two heaters - one for the seat back and the other for the seat cushion. When a malfunction occurs in the seat heater system, you need to determine if the problem exists with the power supply from the vehicle harness (1), the seat back heater (2), or the seat cushion heater (3). Therefore, if only the seat cushion heater is the cause of the problem, you do not need to replace the seat back heater.

When you encounter any problem with the seat heater system, use the following procedure to determine the problem location, then replace only the failed part.
