PINPOINT TEST 2: HEADLAMP ON WARNING CHIME DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY

Normal Operation
The headlamp on warning chime alerts the driver that the headlamps or parking lamps are on, the key is not in the ignition lock cylinder, and the driver door is opened. The instrument cluster receives a signal from the park lamp relay through circuit (B/P) indicating the headlamps are on.

Possible Causes
- circuit (B/P) open
- instrument cluster

CAUTION: Use the correct probe adaptor(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adaptor(s) may damage the connector.
