PINPOINT TEST 3: THE REVERSING LAMPS ARE ON CONTINUOUSLY

Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) provides voltage to the digital transmission range sensor (TR) sensor, or the reversing lamp switch, through circuit (Y/V). When the transmission is placed in REVERSE, the digital TR sensor, or the reversing lamp switch, routes the voltage to the reversing lamps through circuit (BR/Y).

Possible Causes
- Circuit (BR/Y) short to voltage
- Reversing lamp switch
- Digital TR sensor
