Removal and Replacement

BRAKE DISC REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - HYBRID

NOTE: The following two steps must be followed to prevent the accumulator from charging and pressurizing the brake system.

1. Disconnect the battery. See Battery Disconnect.

2. Remove the battery junction box (BJB) fuses 9 (50A) and 18 (50A).

3. Remove the brake caliper anchor plate. See Brake Caliper Anchor Plate Removal/Installation.

4. Remove the brake disc.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
