Steering Control Module: Description and Operation
POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULEThe control module is part of the steering column and not serviceable separately. The EPAS system is managed by the power steering control module. The control module receives information from the PCM via the HS_CAN bus and the steering shaft torque sensor. The control module provides greater assist at lower speed and lower assist at higher speed.
