Knock Sensor: Testing and Inspection
KNOCK SENSOR (KS) - 2.3L REMOVAL/INSTALLATION 1.
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See LIFTING.
2.
Remove the intake manifold.
3.
Remove the bolt and the knock sensor (KS).

To install, tighten to
20 N.m {2.0 kgf.m, 15 ft.lbf}.
4.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
