Flywheel: Testing and Inspection

FLYWHEEL INSPECTION

1. Refer to CLUTCH UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION to remove the flywheel. Service and Repair

2. Install a dial gauge on the cylinder block.

3. Measure the flywheel runout using a dial gauge.






- If the runout is excessive, replace the flywheel. Service and Repair

- 0.1 mm {0.004 in}
