PINPOINT TEST 21: THE ACCM DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE SCAN TOOL - HYBRID

Normal Operation

NOTE:The Air Conditioning Compressor Module (ACCM) is present on hybrid vehicles only.
The ACCM communicates with the scan tool through the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- ACCM

Diagnostic Procedure

CAUTION:Use the correct probe adapter(s) when making measurements. Failure to use the correct probe adapter(s) may damage the connector.
NOTE:Failure to disconnect the battery when instructed will result in false resistance readings. See Battery Disconnect.
