DESCRIPTION

Some vehicles may experience poor A/C performance at initial delivery, or immediately after PCM replacement. This is due to a new A/C compressor protection strategy that will disengage the A/C compressor during certain situations to protect it from running at high engine rpm with low lubricant. Protection Mode must be canceled prior to new vehicle delivery.
