Clutch Disc: Testing and Inspection
CLUTCH DISC INSPECTION [G66M-R]
1. Refer to CLUTCH UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION to remove the clutch disc. Service and Repair
2. Using vernier calipers, measure the thickness of the lining at a rivet head on both sides.
- If it less than the minimum specification, replace the clutch disc. Service and Repair
Minimum clutch disc thickness
- 0.3 mm {0.01 in}
3. Measure the clutch disc runout using a dial indicator.
- If it exceeds the maximum specification, replace the clutch disc. Service and Repair

- 0.7 mm {0.03 in}
