Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Testing and Inspection
MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR INSPECTION [L5] 1.
Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
2.
Turn the
ignition switch to the ON position.
3.
Verify that the voltage (M-MDS PID:
MAP) within the specification.
Component Tests and General Diagnostics -
If not as specified, replace the MAP sensor.
