IGNITION KEY ILLUMINATION BULB REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Vehicles Without Advanced Keyless Entry and Start System

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Pull the upper column cover upward and detach the upper column cover from the lower column cover. Service and Repair

3. Put aside the upper column cover.

4. Remove the ignition key illumination bulb.






5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Vehicles With Advanced Keyless Entry and Start System

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the lower column cover. Service and Repair

3. Remove the coil antenna. Coil Antenna Removal/Installation

4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.










5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Socket Removal Note

1. Remove the socket by turning it in the direction shown by the arrow.
