Rear Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair




REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Inner sail garnish Inner Sail Garnish Removal/Installation

b. Rear door trim Rear Door Trim Removal/Installation

c. Rear door speaker Rear Door Speaker Removal/Installation

d. Rear door glass Service and Repair

e. Power window motor Service and Repair

3. Remove the nuts.






4. Insert a hand through the speaker installation hole, rotate the drum housing in the direction shown in the figure to detach the tabs from the rear door module panel.






5. Move the rear power window regulator in the direction of the arrow and remove it.






6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
- Make sure the cable does not unspool from the drum housing when installing.
