Steering Mounted Controls Assembly: Service and Repair





AUDIO CONTROL SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for 1 min or more.

2. Remove the driver-side air bag module. Driver-Side Air Bag Module Removal/Installation

3. Remove the steering wheel. Service and Repair

4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.









5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Cover Removal Note

1. Remove the cover tabs and pins from the steering wheel.






2. Remove the cover in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.






Cover Installation Note

1. Secure the audio control switch wiring harness to the cover hooks.
