LOCK LINK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
- If the lock is released by rotating the link of the lock link, the cable may be deformed. Do not rotate the link of the lock-link except when releasing the inner/outer handle lock.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Side door garnish Side Door Garnish Removal/Installation

b. Rear side trim Rear Side Trim Removal/Installation

c. Sliding door trim Service and Repair

3. Disconnect the cable from the lock link.






4. Remove the bolts.






5. Remove the lock link.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
