Power Sliding Door Module: Service and Repair





SLIDING DOOR MODULE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Fully open the sliding door glass.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the following parts:
a. Side door garnish Side Door Garnish Removal/Installation

b. Rear side trim Rear Side Trim Removal/Installation

c. Sliding door trim Service and Repair

d. Sliding door quarter glass Sliding Door Quarter Glass Removal/Installation

e. Sliding door glass Sliding Door Glass Removal/Installation

f. Power window motor Service and Repair

g. Sliding door inner handle Service and Repair

h. Remote controller Service and Repair

4. Remove the bolts, then remove the constant power supply wiring harness protector.






5. Remove the clips securing the sliding door wiring harness from the sliding door module panel.

6. Remove the fastener.






7. Remove the bolts.

8. Remove the sliding door module panel.

9. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Constant Power Supply Wiring Harness Protector Removal Note

1. Temporarily tighten the bolts in the order shown in the figure.






2. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the figure.
