Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair





OIL PRESSURE SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FS5A-EL]

WARNING:
- Do not perform the servicing while the ATF is hot. Otherwise, it could cause severe burns or serious injury.

CAUTION:
- Do not allow foreign material or water to penetrate the connector. Otherwise, it could cause poor contact and corrosion.

1. Remove the battery cover. Removal and Replacement

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the aerodynamic under cover. Service and Repair

4. Disconnect the oil cooler from the transaxle. Removal and Replacement
NOTE:
- Do not disconnect the oil hose and water hose from the oil cooler and transaxle.

5. Suspend the oil cooler using rope to secure the disconnected oil cooler.






CAUTION:
- To prevent damage to the parts, do not pull the oil hose and water hose excessively.
- To prevent damage to the parts, do not twist the oil hose and water hose.

6. Remove in the order shown in the figure.

7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
