Sliding Door Quarter Glass Removal/Installation

SLIDING DOOR QUARTER GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Fully open the sliding door glass.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Remove the following parts:
a. Side door garnish Side Door Garnish Removal/Installation

b. Rear side trim Rear Side Trim Removal/Installation

c. Sliding door trim Service and Repair

4. Remove the bolt.






5. Remove the screw.






6. Remove the sliding door glass guide and glass run channel as a single unit.






7. Tilt the sliding door quarter glass in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and remove it in the direction of arrow (2).






8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
