TRUNK LID LATCH MANUAL RELEASE PROCEDURE

NOTE:
- If the trunk lid cannot be opened due to a discharged battery or malfunction in the electrical system, it can be opened using the following procedure.

1. Open the cover.






2. Remove the cap and pull the lever in the direction of the arrow.

3. Fold down the rear seat back.

CAUTION:
- Wear gloves when performing the procedure. The body edge can injure bare hands.

4. Move the lever shown in the figure to the left to open the trunk lid.
