Power Transistor HVAC: Service and Repair

FRONT POWER METAL OXIDE SEMICONDUCTOR FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR (POWER MOS FET) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FULL-AUTO AIR CONDITIONER]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Front Power MOS FET Removal Note

1. Push the tab then slide the front power MOS FET in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure.

2. Pull the front power MOS FET outward.
